Heaven Scent Candles Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Heaven Scent Candles! We strive to make your experience smooth and enjoyable, including getting your candles to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • Custom 17 oz candles require additional time, as we will need to order specific fragrance oils to create your custom candle. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing before shipping.
  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Please note: Processing times may be longer during holidays or special sales, but we will keep you updated on any delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We currently offer standard shipping rates based on the total weight of your order and shipping location. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times (once shipped):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5-7 business days
  • International: 10-21 business days (varies by destination)

Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee and can be selected at checkout.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts).

Local Pickup

For customers in the Pueblo area, we offer free local pickup. Once your order is ready, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient time for pickup.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided.

Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If you experience any issues with delivery:

  • For lost packages, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately at sylvia@heavenscentcandles.us. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
